MASKED MURDER BALL - 3rd JANUARY
Who dunnit?

Ever been to a masquerade ball? What about a masquerade ball that becomes a murder mystery? The ball is to be held in honour of winning 34 medals at the Paris Summer Olympics in 1924, at Imperial Hall, the home of the Earl and Countess of Splendor. In attendance will be many celebrities, dignitaries and friends - many of whom will most probably turn out to have some sort of grudge or an axe to grind. There's all sorts of animosity and jealousy between this lot, things are likely to take a turn for the worse for the Earl and the Countess.

The dress code for this event is described on the website as "come dressed in your finest masquerade costumes and don't forget your elegant domino masks." This is sure to be a glitteringly sophisticated event, with some good old fashioned animosity and back-stabbing to boot... not to mention the murderous back-stabbing too!
