FANCY DRESS CYCLO CROSS COSTUMES

If there’s one thing better than Christmas or fancy dress, it’s fancy dress at Christmas - or Christmas fancy dress! That’s why we’re looking forward to the Christmas Fancy Dress Charity Cycolo-Cross at Hebden Bridge on 21st December. We’re not too sure about the cycling element of this one, that seems a bit too much like hard work. But we’re willing to give it a go, in the name of fancy dress!

Cyclo-cross is cross-country racing, so whatever the costume, it’s likely to end up decidedly muddy by the finish. It’s organised by the Pedalsport Cycling Club, and there’s even an earlier race for under-12s so it’s a real family-friendly event where everyone can enjoy some good old-fashioned fancy dress, cross-country cycling… and mud. Who doesn’t love mud?
