UK Warehouse Collection (Halifax, West Yorkshire HX1 5QZ)
- £1.99 per order, no matter what quantity size or value
- Please place your order either online or over the phone and wait until you receive your collection confirmation before making your way over to our warehouse. Please be aware that handling time is sometimes required however should you need to collect your order imminently, please call our customer service team who will be able to advise you on your collection date.

Please note that we do not have a shop which means all orders must be placed prior to collection. We cannot accept cash, orders must be paid for in full either online or over the phone. We do not have the facilities to try on costumes and we're not a showroom.  Customers are welcome to drop off their returns with us, we just ask that you bring along a slip of paper detailing your name and order number so that our returns team can easily identify your order.

Collection Times:  Between 11:00 and 17:00 (Monday to Friday Only) and Saturday until 12:00

Delivery of Your Goods
If you are not around to accept delivery during working hours, we suggest that you have the goods delivered to a work address rather than your home address.

Order tracking is available by simply logging into your account and viewing your order details. The tracking number and link to the couriers website will be displayed. Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with tracking code information. 

Signature Is Required
All parcels leave Fancy Dress Ball with a tracking number and will need to be signed for unless waivered by you. Please ensure that someone will be at the delivery address to sign for your goods. If you think you may not be at home, may we suggest you change your delivery address to a work address or leave with a neighbour.

Can You Leave My Goods Without A Signature?
Customers may wish us to leave the parcel at the delivery address without signature. We're happy to do this and you may wish to instruct us by providing additional information of a safe place to leave the goods. If you request we leave goods without a signature, this will be at the driver discretion. For clarity and within our anti-fraud policy, if any parcel is left, then Fancy Dress Ball Limited and the carrier disclaim any liability whatsoever for loss, damage or theft.

UK Next Day Failed Deliveries, What Next?
We make every attempt to ensure your delivery is on time and provide courier tracking information via email so you can keep an eye on delivery updates and possible time slots. On occasions there may be no-one at the delivery address to sign for the goods or should your 'safe place' not be deemed safe, your parcel will be returned to your local depot. Your tracking will update at which point you can opt for re-delivery or in person collection from your local delivery office.
