Order tracking is available by simply logging into your account and viewing your order details. The tracking number and link to the couriers website will be displayed. Once dispatched you will receive an email with the tracking code.

Signature Is Needed
All parcels leave Fancy Dress Ball with a tracking number and will need to be signed for unless waivered by you. Please ensure that someone will be at the delivery address to sign for your goods. If you think you may not be at home, may we suggest you change your delivery address to a work address or leave with a neighbour.

Can You Leave My Goods Without A Signature?
Many customers may wish us to leave the parcel at the delivery address with no signature if they're out. We are happy to do this and you may wish to instruct us by providing additional information. If you request we leave goods without a signature, this will be at the driver discretion. For clarity and within our anti-fraud policy, if any parcel is left, then Fancy Dress Ball Limited and the carrier disclaim any liability whatsoever for loss, damage or theft.
