UK Express - Delivery is £4.99 no matter what quantity, size or value. Delivery within 5 working days.

UK Premium -  Delivery is £7.99 no matter what quantity, size or value. Guaranteed delivery within 3 working days (Monday to Friday).
  
UK - NEXT DAY - Delivery before 5:00pm is £11.99 no matter what quantity, size or value. (Monday to Friday)

UK NEXT DAY (1:00pm) - Next day delivery before 1:00pm is £14.99 no matter what quantity, size or value (Monday to Friday).

UK - NEXT DAY (9:30am)   - Next day delivery before 09:30am is £19.99 no matter what quantity, size or value (Monday to Friday).

SATURDAY SERVICE before 1:00pm is £16.99 no matter what quantity, size or value.

CUSTOMER COLLECTION
If you live or work close to our warehouse (Halifax, West Yorkshire HX1 5QZ), you may buy and collect your goods. There is a small admin charge of £1.99 for this service. Please note that we do not have facilities to try on costumes and we're not a showroom. We cannot accept cash, orders must be paid for in full prior to collection. Returning of items needs to follow our standard proceedure.

The cost of delivery to EUROPE & the rest of the world*, prices from £17.99* . At checkout you will have various delivery zones and prices to choose from.

* Please note we do not ship to the United States of America, Austalia, Canada, Cyprus, Dubai, Hong Kong, New Zealand.

Please note that some countries outside the EU may incurr import duty. As this is charged at local rates, we cannot be held responsible for duty applied. The cost of import duty must be paid by the customer.

DELIVERY OF YOUR GOODS
If you are not around to accept delivery during working hours, we suggest that you have the goods delivered to a work address rather than your home address.

Order tracking is available by simply logging into your account and viewing your order details. The tracking number and link to the couriers website will be displayed. Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with tracking code information. All next day delivery methods can be tracked in real time. 

Signature Is Required
All parcels leave Fancy Dress Ball with a tracking number and will need to be signed for unless waivered by you. Please ensure that someone will be at the delivery address to sign for your goods. If you think you may not be at home, may we suggest you change your delivery address to a work address or leave with a neighbour.

Can You Leave My Goods Without A Signature?
Customers may wish us to leave the parcel at the delivery address without signature. We're happy to do this and you may wish to instruct us by providing additional information of a safe place to leave the goods. If you request we leave goods without a signature, this will be at the driver discretion. For clarity and within our anti-fraud policy, if any parcel is left, then Fancy Dress Ball Limited and the carrier disclaim any liability whatsoever for loss, damage or theft.
