Super Heroes (and Super Villains) Aren’t Just for Men
Our guys may have grown up with Spiderman, Superman, and the Green Lantern, but we girls had our own super heroes to look up to. In fact, there are a lot more super heroines out there than you might imagine – some you have seen, some you have not, and some you never thought of as super heroes until now.
For instance, take Alice from the Resident Evil series. She is an ordinary woman who was kidnapped by the bad guys who altered her. When she escaped, she turned her super powers against the bad guys and worked as a force for good. That is what super heroine’s do, although, until now you might have never thought of Alice quite that way.
What about Madame Xanadu? Known by the alter ego name of Nimue Inwdu, Madame Xanadu is a decedent of Atlantis who can trace her origins back to the tales of Camelot. Morgaine Le Fay and Vivienne (the Lady of the Lake), both prominent characters in Arthurian tales, are her sisters.
Of course, there are also plenty of well-known super heroines and super villains we love: She-Ra from the 1980s, Poison Ivy, the nemesis of Batman, and Wonder Woman, an Amazon walking amongst us.

As a sexy fancy dress option, Catwoman is a favoured choice. The Catwoman Costume features a vinyl cat suit with mask and belt. Some ladies like to go as female version of male favourites: Sexy Robin includes a dress, cape, gloves, and eye mask in the same colours found the original.
